Assistant Hospitality Manager
Salary: 28K 31K Bonus
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Shiftbased with 1.5 weekends off in four)

About the Role:
As our new Assistant Hospitality Manager youll work closely with the Hospitality Manager to deliver an outstanding range of events from conferences and weddings to private parties and dinners. Your key responsibilities will include:
Overseeing daytoday operations across our Riverside venue and balcony bar ensuring that everything runs smoothly.
Leading and motivating a talented team to consistently exceed guest expectations.
Managing a busy bar with a strong understanding of cellar management and drinks service.
Taking charge of event planning and to create unforgettable experiences for our guests.
This is a handson role where youll get to lead from the front ensuring that our high standards of service are maintained at all times.
What Were Looking For:
Were looking for a passionate and enthusiastic individual with:
At least one year of experience in event management and leading teams in the hospitality industry.
A strong background in managing busy bar environments with a sound knowledge of cellar management.
A proven ability to train and inspire a team to deliver outstanding customer service.
A flexible cando attitude and the ability to work on a shift basis including some weekends (typically 1.5 weekends off in four).
