Experience: 1 to 5 Years
Education: 3 year or 5 year integrated LLB
About the Role:
We are seeking highcaliber legal professionals to join our inhouse legal team. The ideal candidate will have 1 5 years of postqualification experience with a strong academic background from leading law schools and demonstrated expertise in litigation contract management compliance and due diligence. Candidates with exposure to the hospitality sector will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle litigation matters across civil commercial and regulatory domains.
Draft review and vet a variety of legal agreements and commercial contracts.
Support legal due diligence and compliance reviews for ongoing and prospective business transactions.
Advise and assist on legal matters related to HR/labour issues including employee disputes and policy compliance.
Assist with indirect taxrelated legal activities ensuring adherence to applicable laws and regulations.
Collaborate with internal departments and external counsel for legal representation and strategy.
Provide proactive legal advisory support to business and operations teams.
