Job Description

Location for job: Remote US

Were looking for a driven sales professional with a strong track record to join our team and accelerate our growth.

Essential Functions

New Business Development

  • Selfprospect and cultivate new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to grow existing accounts while exceeding new business targets.
  • Engage key decisionmakers to define timelines and create urgency for deal closure.

Sales Process &

  • Conduct strategic conversations with prospects to uncover core business challenges.
  • Align Wisers solutions with prospective customers pain points to drive value.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations via Microsoft Teams or similar platforms.
  • Communicate Wisers value proposition effectively positioning against competitors and the status quo.
  • Develop tailored proposals to address client challenges and deliver scalable solutions.

Client Management & Relationship Building

  • Build strong consultative relationships with prospects and clients.
  • Maintain a disciplined sales pipeline with accurate forecasting.
  • Maintain reliable work attendance and meet performance expectations.

Qualifications :

 

  • 5 years of experience selling software or SaaS solutions.
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience selling to brands and/or retailers in the durables or FMCG space preferred.
  • Comfortable in phone video and inperson client interactions.
  • Proven experience using consultative sales methodologies (e.g. MEDDIC Force Management Mastering the Complex Sale).
  • Naturally curious and adept at uncovering and quantifying customers complex business challenges.
  • Highly proactive organized and resultsdriven.
  • Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to make decisive asks.
  • Coachable adaptable and a team player with a growth mindset.

Base pay is one part of our total compensation package. Pay is established on an individual basis after considering multiple factors such as relevant experience education and other qualifications. In addition we take into account geographical differentials and make sure pay is equitable with our current staff. For this position our hiring range for base annual pay is estimated to be $75000 to $90000 at the time of this posting.

Performancebased discretionary bonuses and variable pay plans are available for some positions. Our benefits package is exceptional and makes up an important part of our total rewards for our employees.
