Job Description
The Grocery Lead serves as an assistant manager between the stock team members and grocery management. Reports to the Grocery Manager.
- Ensures that the stock crew is in place and grocery and housewares section is working according to Eatalys standards
- Oversees the stock team members and delegates tasks
- Works closely with the grocery manager to oversee purchasing receiving inventory management and product rotation to ensure efficiency
- Works collaboratively with inhouse and corporate marketing teams to design build and merchandise displays that drive engagement and sales
- Records and emails daily shift notes
- Performs other duties as required or assigned
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6 months of experience in a grocery or retail leadership position
- Entrylevel proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Great written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with purchasing receiving and inventory management
Compensation for this role is $22 $25 an hour.
