Job Description

As the primary IT support professional at our London Head Office youll also extend your expertise to our other London locations. This handson role involves providing facetoface IT support resolving technical incidents promptly via our ITSM tool and ensuring smooth IT operations.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Diagnosing and resolving IT issues efficiently while delivering exceptional service
  • Managing configuring and preparing hardware and software installations
  • Maintaining and creating technical documentation to share with the team

This role is based at our London office Monday to Friday with shift work as required.


Qualifications :

What Were Looking For:

Essential Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in IT support
  • COMPTIA A/N or equivalent certifications
  • Strong problemsolving skills with a proactive approach
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively at all levels
  • Friendly approachable and customerfocused attitude
  • Experience providing facetoface IT support

Desirable Skills (Training Provided):

  • Hardware configuration and installation
  • SQL query language
  • Active Directory Group Policy DNS and DHCP
  • Cisco networking systems
  • Windows desktop and server operating systems
  • Virtualisation technologies (e.g. HyperV)
