We approach the design and development of online marketing plans for our clients as a collaborative process.


Job Overview

We are looking for a Human Resources Intern to join our team at Gems Digital Media Pvt Ltd. This is a fulltime position based in Ahmedabad and it is ideal for a fresher with up to 1 year of work experience. As an HR Intern you will support the HR department in various tasks including recruitment onboarding and employee relations.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Onboarding (Mandatory skill)
  • HR Policies (Mandatory skill)
  • Communication skills (Mandatory skill)
  • Recruitment: Ability to assist in finding and attracting potential candidates.
  • Employee Relations: Understanding of maintaining positive relationships between employees and management.
  • Data Analysis: Capable of analyzing HR data and metrics to inform decisionmaking.
  • Organizational Skills: Proficiency in organizing and prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and thoroughness in all HRrelated tasks.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process including posting job ads screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure all HR documents are up to date.
  • Assist in addressing employee queries and resolving HRrelated issues.
  • Participate in organizing company events and employee engagement activities.
  • Collect and analyze HR data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed.
