Overview
UW Credit Union is growing and hiring a PartTime Teller to serve our members at ourOconomowoc Branch.
As a PartTime Teller you will play a vital role at your branch for both your teammates and UW Credit Unions members. Your job is to make a positive impact on members lives by accurately and enthusiastically performing a variety of transactions to meet their needs.

Responsibilities
What Youll Do
- Be the face of UW Credit Union by providing front facing member service at the Oconomowoc branch location
- Achieve balanced scorecard results in alignment with Members for Life Sales & Service Philosophy
- Maintain a high degree of knowledge in all UW Credit Union products and services
- Ensure all members requests are processed accurately and efficiently
- Adhere to UW Credit Unions Cash Management policies and procedures
- Research all teller transactions when potential errors are identified and communicate with affected members
- Identify opportunities to deepen member relationships through building rapport uncovering needs making recommendations & submitting referrals
- Consistently seek out opportunities to exceed member expectations
Qualifications
What Youll Need to Succeed
- Ability to work 20 hours a week; availability between the hours of 8:30am 12:30 pm Monday through Friday& 8:00am on Wednesday for team updates)and 9 Saturdays per quarter from 8:30 am 1:30 pm
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of customer service experience
- Demonstrates ability to work with customers of all ages and backgrounds
- Excellent interpersonal and professional skills
- Team player that can confidently jump in where and when you are needed
- Ability to work in an autonomous environment
