Job Description
Salary: 48000 to 55000/year NHS benefits leadership training
Your Missions:
Lead and manage the ward team (nurses HCAs students)
Ensure safe staffing supervision and mentoring
Oversee audits risk assessments and clinical governance
Collaborate with senior management on service development
Handle complaints incidents and appraisals professionally

Profile Required:
NMC Registered Nurse
Previous ward leadership or Deputy Sister experience
Strong knowledge of NHS standards and clinical governance
Education
Registered Nurse (NMC) Oncology or chemotherapy experience strongly preferred OCN/UKONS training desirable
