Job Description
Salary: 52000 to 62000/year NHS pension CPD funding
Your Missions:
Provide autonomous patient assessments diagnosis and prescribing
Lead chronic disease clinics (diabetes asthma hypertension)
Support urgent care presentations in collaboration with GPs
Supervise junior nurses and HCAs
Contribute to QOF and CQC compliance audits

Profile Required:
Registered Nurse with current NMC registration
Master s degree or PGCert in Advanced Clinical Practice
Independent Prescriber (V300
Experience in primary or urgent care settings
Education
Diploma or Degree in Nursing Valid and up-to-date registration with the NMC (UK Nursing & Midwifery Council)
