As an Area Supervisor you will oversee field operations by recruiting and mentoring clinical staff supporting quality improvement initiatives and ensuring client satisfaction. You will also work 2 3 clinical shifts per week to stay directly connected with your team and the facilities you support. This allows you to lead by example while maintaining a strong understanding of daytoday facility needs and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruit mentor and support CNAs LPNs and RNs in the field
Serve as a clinical leader and point of contact for assigned facilities
Work 2 3 shifts weekly to maintain visibility and handson engagement
Implement QIOaligned quality care initiatives with clients
Understand and navigate reimbursement models and care metrics
Provide orientation and expectations for new field staff
Conduct regular staff evaluations and performance checkins
Promote a positive professional and teamfocused culture
Qualifications:
Active RN or LPN license (required)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Experience in healthcare staffing nursing management or clinical training is preferred
Ability to work independently while building strong staff and client relationships
Passion for quality care and continuous improvement
