Job Description

Preferred Experience :3 7 Yrs

1. User Research & Analysis:

User research to identify pain points behaviors and needs

Develop personas and user journey maps to guide design decisions.

2. UI Design:

Ability to Create High Quality visually appealing intuitive user interfaces designs for web and mobile applications.

Create wireframes mockups and interactive prototypes.

Ensure designs are pixelperfect and adhere to brand guidelines.

3. UX Strategy & Design:

Plan and execute endtoend user experience workflows.

Optimize usability accessibility and functionality.

Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback.

4. Collaboration with Crossfunctional Teams:

Work closely with developers product managers and stakeholders to align design goals with business objectives.

Ensure seamless handoff of design specifications to development teams.

5. Design System Management:

Knowledge in design systems libraries and reusable components.

6. Stay Updated on Trends:

Keep abreast of emerging design trends tools and technologies to enhance design outputs.


Requirements

1. Design Tools:

Figma (ability to create interactions and transitions in figma for prototyping

2. Basic Frontend Knowledge:

Proven experience in HTML/CSS

Good understanding of Micro Interactions and Transition

3. Proven experience in delivering creative usercentered design solutions

4. Strong portfolio showcasing impactful design projects

5. Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills

6. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fastpaced environment




Required Qualifications & Skills Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in lead generation, inside sales, or a similar role in the IT/software services industry. Technology Knowledge: Understanding of IT consulting, software development, cloud solutions, and digital transformation. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to craft compelling outreach messages. Sales & Marketing Tools: Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, email marketing software, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, lead scoring tools, and marketing automation software. Lead Prospecting: Proficiency in LinkedIn outreach, email prospecting, and social media engagement. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize lead generation strategies. Relationship Building: Strong networking skills and the ability to develop professional relationships with prospects. Time Management: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Presentation Skills: Ability to present Feathersoft's offerings to potential clients effectively. Self-motivated: A proactive approach with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with international clients and handling outbound sales. Familiarity with lead enrichment tools and data research platforms. Previous experience in selling IT consulting, software development, or technology services.
