Role Overview:
We are looking for a Junior UI/UX Designer who is passionate about design user behavior and building digital experiences that are both functional and visually appealing. This is an ideal opportunity for a recent graduate or junior-level designer eager to grow and learn in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the design team in creating user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Develop wireframes mockups and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma or Adobe XD.
- Assist in conducting user research and gathering insights to improve usability.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Help maintain and evolve the companys design system and brand consistency.
- Iterate on feedback from team members and stakeholders.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends and tools.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in design HCI Computer Science or a related field.
- Basic understanding of UX principles user-centered design and responsive design.
- Proficiency in design tools: Figma Adobe XD Photoshop Illustrator etc.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for clean user-friendly interfaces.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Portfolio showcasing relevant UI/UX design work (academic freelance or personal projects welcome).
Nice to Have:
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
- Exposure to design handoff tools (e.g. Zeplin Figma Inspect).
- Familiarity with usability testing or user analytics tools.
