**About the Role**
PORTFOLIO PLAY is a startup studio that builds and scales multiple ventures fast. One of our core ventures ATLAS ANALYTICS helps B2B tech companies grow through outbound sales lead generation and pipeline acceleration. But were not stopping therewere launching new companies exploring new markets across Europe and North America and growing our internal team.
Were now hiring a Sales & Business Development Assistant to directly support the Founder in daytoday . Yes theres a bit of admin but this role is mostly about being in the trenches helping generate new business build relationships and create scalable systems for growth.

**Key Responsibilities**
Lead Generation & Outreach Support
Help manage outbound email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns.
Identify trigger events and engagement signals (e.g. job changes company funding hiring signals).
Nurture engaged leads: Send followups voice messages short Loom videos and custom GIFs/memes to spark conversations.
Qualify leads and schedule meetings with warm prospects.
Sales Support & Deal
Coordinate calendar and ensure meetings are confirmed and happening.
Support with meeting prep and postmeeting notes/followups.
Assist in proposal creation case study sharing and followup materials.
Help generate and send contracts manage invoicing and assist in closing deals.
CRM & Sales Systems
Keep our SalesOS CRM clean organized and up to date.
Log activities and maintain records of prospect interactions.
Support reporting and pipeline tracking.
Special Projects & Growth Opportunities
Research new markets accounts or potential partners.
Join founderled sales calls and strategy sessions.
Join the monthly strategy sessions to ideate new use cases
Take ownership of new sales projects or mini campaigns.
Over time grow into a full Account Executive / Sales Manager role.
**Who Were Looking For**
We dont care about fancy degrees. What matters most is your mindset energy and willingness to grow.
You might be a fit if you:
Are super organized reliable and love keeping things moving.
Communicate clearly and confidently verbally and in writing.
Have a curious resourceful mindset you Google things before asking (or ask ChatGPT for assistance.
Feel comfortable reaching out to new people via email LinkedIn or calls.
Have some experience or interest in B2B sales startups or business development.
Bonus: Youve done outbound prospecting appointment setting or worked in a virtual assistant or SDR role.
