Job Description
Swift 7 Consultants is seeking a detailoriented and customerfocused Customer Service Assistant to join our growing team in Myrtle Beach SC. In this role you will be the first point of contact for our clients providing prompt and professional assistance while ensuring a positive customer experience. You will support daily administrative and servicerelated functions and play an essential role in maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in a courteous and professional manner
Respond to inquiries via phone email and inperson
Resolve customer issues or escalate them to the appropriate department
Maintain accurate and uptodate customer records
Process service requests and follow up with customers on status updates
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met efficiently
Perform general administrative tasks to support the customer service department
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
Previous experience in customer service or administrative support is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage time effectively and multitask in a fastpaced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook)
Detailoriented with strong organizational skills
