Job Description
Requirements:
- 5 years experience working on deployment teams ideally using Agile development techniques.
- Proven track record of successful delivery of customer projects preferably enterprise CRM implementations.
- Experience in building solutions in the Service Sales and Experience cloud
- Experience in Salesforce OOTB features Lead Conversion Web to Lead Sales Path Email to case Omnichannel and
- skill based routing Escalation and Assignment Rules. Case management Case assignment Case Escalation
- Knowledge Articles.
- A selfstarter adept at picking up new skills and technologies and eager to break new ground.
- Excellent communication skills equally comfortable with crafting emails as leading a whiteboard discussion with
- customers or delivering a technical presentation.
- Degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the core competencies for
- the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles military experience volunteer roles work experience etc.
- Experience on agile methodologies
- Experience in Salesforce deployment practices/strategies
- Active Salesforce certifications or ability to achieve relevant certifications upon hire
- Preferred Salesforce certifications: Admin PD1 PD2 Platform App Builder
Technical Requirements:
- Salesforce (Apex VisualForce Lightning)
- Java SOAP APIs REST (JSON XML)
- Data modeling
- Process modeling tools and best practices
- Experience in Programmatic (Apex LWC Javascript) and Declarative (Low code) salesforce development
- Knowledge of Javascript / Frontend design (HTML and CSS)
