Job Description
Job Title: Support Engineer USC/GC
Location: Remote
Employment Type: Contract
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 710 years of professional experience in technical support cloud technologies or data integration roles.
- Proficiency in AWS and Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IDMC).
- Strong troubleshooting and problemsolving skills in cloudbased systems.
- Availability to work during Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications in AWS or Informatica IDMC.
- Familiarity with tools such as Smartsheet and other project management systems.
- Experience in managing IT service frameworks like ITIL
- Ability to automate processes and enhance system efficiency.
