We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Website and Digital Marketing Specialist to take charge of leading the development and of all digital marketing initiatives with a strong focus on website strategy SEO SEM and campaign management. This role requires technical expertise creativity and a strategic mind to develop and execute cuttingedge digital marketing campaigns that deliver exceptional results.
Website Management:
- Lead the development and of the website strategy including UI/UX design content strategy and SEO optimization.
- Collaborate with the corporate team to ensure seamless integration with the CMS.
- Explore and integrate AIdriven tools to enhance website efficiency personalization and analytics.
- Monitor website performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Oversee the daytoday management and maintenance of the companys websites.
- Collaborate with the corporate team to implement new features and improvements in CMS and the frontend.
Online Advertisement
- Lead the development and of datadriven paid search campaigns across Google Ads and other relevant platforms.
- Conduct indepth keyword research and competitive analysis to identify highperforming opportunities.
- Continuously monitor campaign performance analyze key metrics and make datainformed adjustments to optimize budgets and maximize ROI.
- Stay ahead of the curve by exploring and implementing innovative SEM strategies and technologies.
Intranet Management
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and maintain an engaging and informative intranet.
- Gather and actively incorporate employee feedback to continuously improve the intranet and meet the evolving needs of the workforce.
Innovation & Leadership:
- Proactively identify new opportunities for digital marketing growth and innovation.
- Stay uptodate on the latest industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Digital Marketing Graphic Design Web Development or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in website management digital marketing or a related role.
- Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics).
- Handson experience with SEO tools (e.g. SEMrush) and SEM platforms (e.g. Google Ads).
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign XD).
- Strong understanding of HTML CSS and JavaScript.
- Knowledge of UI/UX best practices and wireframing tools.
- Strong creative and visual communication skills.
- Familiarity with AIdriven tools and technologies for web optimization.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Fluent English speaking is a must German or French proficiency is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
