Job Description
This is an officebased role in our Santa Clara CA or Plano TX office.
Your Career
We are seeking an experienced and innovative AI Engineer to join the Worldwide Shared Services (WWSS) organization. As part of the founding team you will leverage AI technologies to transform business processes and envision and build new AIpowered capabilities to help evolve our business. This position offers the opportunity to combine handson engineering expertise with strategic influence leading the adoption and seamless integration of AI across the organization to deliver measurable impact.
Your Impact
- Collaborate with subject matter experts across our business units to deeply understand their challenges identify opportunities and analyze data to inform impactful AI solutions.
- Design prototype and implement AIdriven systems to automate workflows optimize business processes and solve complex challenges.
- Evaluate iterate and finetune AI solutions to meet evolving business needs and deliver measurable results.
- Partner with stakeholders throughout project lifecycles to align goals set expectations and ensure successful outcomes.
- Advocate for AI initiatives across the organization effectively communicating complex technical concepts to diverse audiences and inspiring excitement about AIs potential to drive transformation.
Qualifications :
Your Experience
Professional Experience
- 5 years of proven success leading crossfunctional AI initiatives influencing stakeholders and driving transformative business outcomes.
- 3 years of handson experience developing deploying and scaling AI/ML solutions in a business environment with a track record of delivering measurable impact.
- Deep understanding of business domains and processes (e.g. gotomarket strategies sales operations with experience leveraging AI to enhance workflows and optimize operations yielding tangible results.
Technical Proficiency
- Expertise in Python
- Experience with cloudbased platforms (e.g. Google Cloud Platform AWS) for building scalable infrastructure automating workflows and deploying in production
- Experience with multimodal AI models
Innovation
- A creative and curious problem solver passionate about exploring emerging technologies and applying them to solve complex realworld challenges.
Collaboration and Communication
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to nontechnical audiences and collaborate effectively in a fastpaced crossfunctional environment.
Education
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Artificial Intelligence or a related field required
- Masters degree preferred for advanced expertise in AI/ML or equivalent military experience
- Palo Alto Networks Cybersecurity Apprentice and Cybersecurity Practitioner certifications are strongly encouraged

Compensation Disclosure
The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications experience and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level the starting base salary (for nonsales roles) or base salary commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $160000 $220000/YR. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus. A description of our employee benefits may be found here.
