Administration of the AEDF project
Management of Certification for the new beneficiaries
Attend and provide support to online sessions for AEDFLevels 1 and 2
Managing class attendance reports and conductingfollow ups
Providing assistance in planning and preparation ofnetworking events
Tracking of Alumni post training interventions(employment & bursaries and entrepreneurial development)
Liaise with the Data Analysis project team for futureemployment opportunities
Other tasks related to the project as per the ProjectManager
REQUIREMENTS
The successful candidate must have/be:
Minimum qualification Grade 12.
Minimum of 1 to 2 years relevant experience as inadministration
Businesswriting experience
Basic Microsoft office (Excel PowerPoint word andOutlook)
Highly organized with ability to handle pressure
Highly developed people skills and a strong teamplayer
Very strong communication skills
Good telephone etiquette
