Service Manager

Overview
The Service Manager provides leadership and support for our Pest Management Professionals (PMPs) in both the field and office. This role oversees 7 to 13 PMPs ensuring highquality service professional development and operational efficiency. The Service Manager plays a key role in maintaining our reputation as the premier pest control provider in the Pacific Northwest.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Develop and mentor assigned Service Technicians.
  • Evaluate work quality and service delivery.
  • Optimize schedules for efficiency and preparation.
  • Conduct performance reviews with the Branch Manager.
  • Provide training coaching and performance management.
  • Perform vehicle inspections and ensure equipment readiness.
  • Conduct field training and quality assurance checks.
  • Ensure timely service completion in assigned territories.
  • Hold regular oneonone meetings with team members.
  • Address customer concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Plan and lead team meetings.
  • Troubleshoot residential and commercial pest issues.
  • Work with the Communication Center to ensure smooth coordination.
  • Accurately complete paperwork and administrative tasks.
  • Review and approve timecards paid time off and scheduling requests.
  • Visit trouble accounts as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

  • Current pest control licenses/certifications.
  • Ability to navigate customer locations use ladders and work in confined spaces.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Technical proficiency with computers smartphones and industry software (PestPac etc..
  • Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Detailoriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
  • Flexible schedule (typical hours: 6:00 a.m. 6:00 p.m. including some weekends.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Compensation

$78000$85000 annually DOE uncapped commission opportunities
Compensation: $78000.00 $85000.00 per year
