Job Description
Were looking for a Senior Project Manager to join Procores Engineering team. In this role youll lead and coordinate testing initiatives across multiple domains and crossfunctional teams to ensure highquality product delivery. Your primary goal will be to drive alignment consistency and efficiency in test planning and reporting across the organization.
As a Senior Project Manager youll partner with engineering leads quality assurance teams product managers and release managers to streamline testing strategies resolve dependencies and communicate progress and risks. Use your program management expertise strong communication skills and collaborative leadership to drive initiatives that enhance quality assurance processes and delivery timelines. Help shape the future of quality and reliability at scaleJoin us and lead the charge for excellence.
This position reports into the Director of QA Engineering and will be based in our Cairo office. Were looking for someone to join us immediately.
What youll do:
Work with Product leaders in each Product Team to structure and manage integrated multitrack QA initiatives towards meeting Companys Objectives and Quality expectations.
Use your program management expertise strong communication skills and collaborative leadership to drive initiatives that enhance quality assurance processes and delivery timelines.
Drive crossfunctional planning and alignment between Delivery Teams leveraging Agile methodology techniques and best practices.
Collaborate with engineering QA product and release teams to align test strategies and timelines
Define and monitor testing milestones deliverables and risk mitigation plans
Standardize testing practices and tools to drive consistency and improve team efficiency
Facilitate crossteam syncs retrospectives and reporting on testing progress and outcomes
Track and escalate risks or blockers that could impact test readiness or release quality
Advocate for continuous improvement in test planning automation and reporting
Support the implementation of test governance processes and quality metrics across the organization
Embrace continuous improvement in all things especially in processes and communication managing our framework and process health.
What were looking for:
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in project or program management
Proven track record of managing complex crossfunctional testing initiatives
Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and testing methodologies
Excellent communication facilitation and stakeholder management skills
Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies is a plus
PMP CSM or equivalent certification is a plus
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment with shifting priorities
