Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide firstlevel IT support for employees resolving hardware and software issues.
- Assist in setting up and maintaining IT systems networks and devices.
- Support the IT team in troubleshooting technical problems and ensuring system stability.
- Monitor and update IT documentation including hardware/software inventories and user guidelines.
- Collaborate with the international IT team to implement companywide IT policies and solutions.
- Stay up to date with emerging IT trends and propose improvements for efficiency.
Qualifications :
- Excellent English language skills (mandatory).
- Basic knowledge of IT systems networks and troubleshooting.
- Experience with Windows macOS and common office applications.
- Ability to work independently and solve technical issues efficiently.
- Strong problemsolving skills and a proactive attitude.
- German language skills are a plus.
