Job Description
Overview
Job Skills / Requirements
- Monitor and control access to the property ensuring only authorized individuals enter.
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises including common areas parking garages and perimeter security.
- Respond promoptly to security concerns alarms and emergencies coordinating with law enforcement and emergency responders when necessary.
- Maintain detailed reports on incidents patrols and security breaches.
- Provide concierge style service by assisting residents and guest with security related inquires directions and escorts as needed.
- Monitor security cameras gates and alarm systems for suspicious activity.
- Enforce community policies while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Assist with package deliveries and visitor management.
- Work collaboratively with property management and maintenance teams to address security or safety concerns.
Education Requirements (Any)
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Certification Requirements (Any)
Valid Guard Card
