Job Description
- Previous Experience in Mortgage Industry (Sr. Processor Processor)
- Experience with Encompass The Loan Process & 3rd party functions
- Experience with MS Office (Excel Word Outlook proficient) & English proficiency
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload w/willingness to work until the job is completed!
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Impeccable Discretion & confidentiality
- Must be able to process 30 loans per month using Encompass.
- Daily Management of pipeline & collect all necessary documents needed to submit clear & fund the loan
- Superior telephone organizational & customer service skills
- Ultimately allow a producer to produce & close at the highest levels possible by handling the busy/organizational workflow of a loan from soup to nuts
