Wimmers Diamonds a beloved Fargo institution for over 105 years is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Senior Jewelry Consultant to join our team. As a familyowned and operated business we take pride in providing exceptional customer service and building relationships with our community.
In this role you will:
- Assist customers in finding the perfect jewelry for any occasion from engagement rings and wedding bands to everyday fashion pieces and gifts.
- Educate customers about our wide selection of jewelry including diamonds gemstones and precious metals.
- Provide exceptional customer service creating a welcoming and memorable shopping experience.
Assist with maintaining the showroom floor ensuring a clean and inviting environment.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of customer success and customer service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- General knowledge of sales or consulting principles required
- Ability to work in a fastpaced changing environment required
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a genuine passion for jewelry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with customer and coworkers
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Availability to work some Saturdays 9 AM 4 PM
