Job Description
The F&B manager should possess experience in:
Creating or innovating new products
Prior experience in a chicken production facility
QSR food development expertise
Menu engineering skills
Understanding of food safety protocols
Familiarity with various heavy equipment used in food manufacturing
Experience in developing and working with seasoning and syrup manufacturing
Previous roles as a chef or a background in hotel management
Establishing connections with vendors involved in manufacturing
Understanding of crumbs and oil pickup processes through crumbs
Comprehensive knowledge of ingredients
Familiarity with all aspects of the manufacturing process
Recipe management including development and creation
Staying updated on new market trends
Crafting new recipes based on available ingredients
Experience in launching Limited Time Offers (LTO) and possessing knowledge of LTO processes
