- Join us in this exciting role where youll have the opportunity to innovate and enhance Ruby on Rails applications driving the future of digital banking for everyday Australians
How will I help
- Design develop and test components for reliable and stable applications.
- Lead code reviews and provide guidance to team members.
- Recommend and specify interfaces translating logical designs into physical designs.
- Ensure maintainable code that supports risk and compliance management.
- Use Agile principles and Lean thinking to influence work approach and value creation.
- Continually improve and automate processes for increased system flow.
- Expertise in Ruby on Rails RESTful APIs code quality review relational databases and CI/CD practices.

What do I need
- Several years of experience designing developing and maintaining Ruby on Rails applications.
- High experience designing developing and maintaining RESTful APIs.
- Experience providing quality review of code and leading quality control initiatives.
- Familiarity with relational database management systems and CI/CD concepts.
- Experience with high throughput applications and performance optimization.
- Experience guiding and mentoring less experienced developers with familiarity in Postgres Redis and Heroku.
- Strong analytical problemsolving and communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships and manage tasks to high quality and time.
