Job and Ideal Candidate:

• Responsibilities include highvolume scheduling over the phone assisting with patient and doctor requests over the phone preparing patient files and other phonerelated administrative tasks
• The right candidate will be able to manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls. This is NOT a front office/receptionist position.
• Schedule patients utilizing electronic scheduling for a multiprovider multispecialty medical practice Minimum typing speed 50 wpm
• Manage patient communication with compassion and integrity
• Attention to extreme detail and accuracy

Qualifications:

• Proven track record of working well on teams and delivering excellence
• Excellent verbal and written skills required. Customer service experience a plus

Schedule:

This is a fulltime position with business hours Monday to Friday. This position is based out of our HQ office in Colorado Springs. This position includes a hybrid schedule posttraining completion.

Reviews:

Vanguard Skin Specialists believes in providing regular feedback and encouraging professional development. For the first year you will have reviews every quarter with the opportunity for compensation increases. After one year you will be included in the next of our upcoming semiannual spring or fall review cycles for your formal reviews and thereafter your compensation reviews will occur in that cycle (fall or spring) annually.

The practice promotes from within which provides opportunity for growth and advancement.

Compensation & Benefits:

Compensation is $19$21 an hour (based on experience) with eligibility for overtime and paid time off. The practice covers a portion of the premium for medical benefits and offers vision dental and 401K. Physical Working Conditions:

• Must be able to remain in a stationary position 90
• The other 10 occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets office printer etc.
• Operate a computer and other office machinery such as a calculator printer copier scanner or fax
• Be able to communicate accurately effectively and frequently
• Can identify color on the computer and software used
