You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe Desktop Support Technician II demonstrates a broad set of IT technical skills and advanced troubleshooting techniques. This role serves as the primary point of contact for enduser IT Help Desk tickets. All Desktop Support Technicians report to the IT Manager Support.

What Youll Do
General hardware and software support
Advanced technical troubleshooting with local & remote users
Process Help Desk tickets and aid in the proper flow of ticket queues
Heavy communication directly with customers when processing tickets
Delegate/Escalate tickets to others as needed
IT asset and inventory management in the asset database
What Youll Need
2 years of relevant experience
Comfortable with ticket tracking systems
Prior experience in customer service
Excellent understanding of computing concepts
Good understanding of computer networks
Good understanding of system administration
Great written and verbal communication skills
Operating Systems: Windows macOS Linus iOS Android
Ability to work onsite at a Lulus location (this is not a remote position)
Nice to Have Bonus Points!
Technical certifications
Experience with technical writing
Experience with various common software products 0365 Okta Slack etc.
