Job Description
Manage daily assignments for 30 employees.
Handle work order management efficiently.
Collaborate with the facilities group for timely maintenance and repairs.
Oversee shipping and receiving activities.
Serve as the first line of contact for all business partners.
Maintain shop safety and organization following 5S principles.
Qualifications :
Proven experience in a supervisory role within a shop environment.
Effective management of work orders and personnel assignments.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Knowledge of maintenance and repair processes.
Familiarity with shipping and receiving procedures.
Commitment to shop safety and organization.
