Core Insurance Business Architect

We are looking for a Senior Consultant or Manager to play the Business Architect role with at least 5 years of relevant experience in core insurance systems implementations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in discovering highlevel solution fitgaps translating business needs into functional design writing functional documentation/user stories and identifying testing scenarios for .

In this role your responsibilities would include:

• Discovery of HighLevel Solution FitGaps: Conduct a thorough analysis to identify gaps between current systems and desired solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
• Writing Functional Designs/User Stories: Develop detailed functional designs and user stories that describe expected system behavior in a functional tone. Ensure that documentation is clear concise and aligned with business needs.
• Identifying Testing Scenarios: Define and document testing scenarios for . Work closely with testing teams to ensure comprehensive coverage and validation of system functionality.

Qualifications :

What you bring to the team:

• Bachelors degree in Business Information Technology or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in core insurance systems implementations acting as a business architect.
• Proven track record in discovering highlevel solution fitgaps and writing functional designs/user stories.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Experience in identifying and documenting testing scenarios for .
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools is a plus.
• Experience exercising the role in the context of marketrelevant core insurance solutions (e.g. Sapiens Tia Guidewire IBA Duck Creek).
• Must be proficient in English. Additionally proficiency in a Nordic language is preferred.
• Must have residency in an EU country and a valid work permit.
