As Business Analyst your responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:
- Clarifying business needs managing requirements and evaluating solutions to support highlevel solution design validation and configuration management for the IKEA Printing Application.
- Supporting and facilitating deployment and ongoing operations of IKEAs print applications.
- Developing digital product documentation and educational materials including creating and delivering training sessions.
- Ensuring the quality and traceability of stakeholder needs and business requirements while evaluating process and solution alternatives.
- Reviewing test plans and test cases to ensure compliance with requirements and supporting testing activities.
- Driving business benefit realization through continuous improvement of solutions processes and their usage.
Qualifications :
To succeed in the role as Business analyst we think you have:
- Solid experience in business analysis and comprehensive knowledge of systems and technical development.
- Strong personal leadership with an ability to build relationships with end users business stakeholders and related product and platform teams.
- Appreciated for collaborative spirit and leadership with a focus on process platform and people.
- Knowledge and inspiration derived from agile ways of working.
- Deep knowledge in business analysis and experience with various analytical methods and tools as well as requirements management
- Curiosity and the ability to identify new opportunities and solutions that address business needs.
- Solid understanding of business processes ideally within the IKEA supply chain which will be advantageous for driving the development agenda and implementing agile methodologies alongside the team.
- Fluency in written and spoken English
We believe that to be truly successful in this role you have previous experience with labeling printing applications and serialization within the IKEA ecosystem.
