You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailAdministrative Support: Assist the HR department with daytoday administrative tasks including document preparation data entry filing scheduling appointments and managing calendars. Handle incoming calls emails and correspondence related to HR matters.
Employee Records Management: Maintain accurate and uptodate employee records including personal information employment contracts benefits enrollment and performance evaluations. Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and confidentiality policies.
Recruitment and On boarding Assistance: Assist in the recruitment process by posting job advertisements screening resumes scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate communication. Assist with new employee on boarding including preparing orientation materials and coordinating training sessions.
Benefits Administration Support: Assist with benefits administration including enrollment changes and terminations. Act as a liaison between employees and benefits providers to answer questions and resolve issues.
Employee Relations Support: Assist in employee relations matters including maintaining communication channels addressing employee inquiries and providing general support in resolving employee issues and conflicts.
General HR Support: Provide general support to the HR team as needed including participating in HR projects assisting with HR events or initiatives and conducting research on HRrelated topics.
