Marketing is crucial to the commercial outcomes of the hotel and has a direct impact on its operations so you can expect to grow into a well rounded business influencer and an architect of exceptional experiences. You will be supported and lead by a team of hospitality industry experts both in the hotel and as part of the greater Sofitel network.
What you will be doing:
- Formulate comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the hotels objectives target audience and brand identity
- Lead a small marketing team and collaborate with crossfunctional departments such as sales revenue management and operations
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels
- Oversee digital marketing initiatives including website optimisation search engine optimisation (SEO) payperclick (PPC) advertising email marketing campaigns and social media management
- Plan and execute advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate leads room nights and revenue
- Create compelling and engaging content for various marketing channels such as websites blogs social media platforms and email newsletters.
Qualifications :
If you:
- Have a minimum of 24 months experience in marketing
- Take pleasure in the finer details
- Are a creative thinker that puts the customer at the heart of decision making
- Have a desire to build a meaningful professional career in hospitality
- Are authentic and bold enough to share your je ne sais quoi with the world
