Responsibilities:
Oversee compliance and game operations in line with MGA requirements including policy updates and regulatory adherence.
Ensure the successful integration and onboarding of new Game Service Providers (GSPs) managing technical releases and maintaining collaborative relationships.
Manage the endtoend gaming product including commercial placement to ensure profitability and player satisfaction.
Conduct market research to stay updated on gameplay trends and industry innovations.
Maintain and monitor an approved game list ensuring proper reporting on gameplay profitability and customer trends.
Coordinate gamerelated communications across various departments including compliance technical support and testing.
Ensure smooth game migrations and monitor gameplay functionality RTP and jackpot payouts.
Manage gamerelated contracts and billing processes with service providers ensuring timely payments and adherence to compliance regulations.
