Job Description
Manage and supervise a team of field engineers to ensure that all field operations are carried out efficiently
and effectively
Conduct regular performance reviews of team members and provide feedback and guidance for improvement
Ensure that all safety procedures and protocols are adhered to at all times.
Develop and implement training programs for new team members and ongoing training for existing team
members
Liaise with other departments to ensure that all field operations are coordinated effectively
Manage and monitor team budgets expenses and equipment inventory.
Provide technical support to team members as required
Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of field operations
Ensure that all field equipment is maintained and serviced on a regular basis
Ensure that all field reports and documentation are accurate and completed in a timely manner
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
Collaborate with other teams such as Sales and Customer Support to ensure that customer needs are met
and issues are resolved in a timely manner.
Ensure that all field operations are carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations and company
policies.
Bachelors / Diploma / Other equivalent certifications in engineering or a related field. Certifications in IT Hardware / Software.
Experience in a customerfacing role preferably in a technical support capacity.
Mandate field experience in ATM / BNA environment.
At least 3 years of experience in field operations.
Strong knowledge of ATMs / BNAs computer systems software and hardware.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Comfortable working with customers of varying technical backgrounds.
Strong problemsolving and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work independently multitask and prioritize tasks as part of team effectively.
Flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings and weekends if needed.
Willingness to travel to different locations as needed
