Job Description

Your contribution:
- As leader of the Digital Workplace and Service & Support department you ensure alignment with organizational goals and foster a customercentric culture.
- You develop and implement strategies to enhance the digital workplace environment driving productivity and collaboration across the organization.
- You manage the Service & Support team to provide efficient effective and responsive technical support to endusers.
- You collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify technology needs and opportunities for improvement while staying updated with industry trends and emerging technologies.
- You measure and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) manage budgets and resources effectively and maintain documentation for tools and services.
Your qualifications:
- Completed studies in IT Business Administration or a related field
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and develop highperforming teams
- Strong knowledge of digital workplace technologies (collaboration tools productivity software cloud services) relevant certifications such as ITIL or PMP are a plus
- Very good knowledge of German and English
- Excellent problemsolving communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
