The Role
Otis is enjoying further major project wins and we are proud to help deliver multimillion pound complex lift installations within High Rise construction projects of iconic buildings within the UK. We are now seeking a talented Project Manager to take responsibility for the leadership and management of volume installation / construction projects around the Midlands Derby Nottingham and Lincoln areas.
Working on key sites with leading edge technology key responsibilities will include:
- Managing all aspects of volume projects working closely with the project team to mitigate any risk
- Defining project objectives forecasting undertaking effective day to day management of the project and ensuring that the project runs to time and budget by taking P&L responsibility whilst also delivering operational performance excellence
- Customer satisfaction engineering support and improved profitability
Required Skills & Experience:
- You will have a strong and demonstrable background in Project Management ideally within the Lift Industry or similar allied trade (I.e. Construction or M&E environment).
- You will have relevant Project Management qualifications
- Experience in managing multiple projects concurrently
- A highly effective confident communicator who can be assertive when required and who also understands the importance of meeting deadlines whilst ensuring effective customer service.
- You will be commercially astute with the ability to maximise profitable revenue and be able to deliver results in a customer facing capacity where long term relationship building is key.
- You will be highly organised IT literate and able to thrive in a large complex demanding organisation.
