RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and execute outbound internet and phone campaigns
  • Maintain daily weekly and monthly sales and service forecasts
  • Manage and track all sales leads on site
  • Ensure all leads are followed up with in a timely manner
  • One man show managingdaytoday business developing appointment setting strategies
  • Collect and analyze business metrics
  • May provide training and ongoing support to any newbusiness development representatives to help the team understand and achieve the dealerships goals
  • Work closely with have support ofexecutives andmanagers
  • Answer customer inquiries and calls

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must have 3 years automotive sales experience
  • Must have strong computer skills
  • Strong communication organization time management and basic math skills
  • Team player with positive energy and an eagerness to improve
  • Competitive and selfmotivated attitude that thrives on goals
