Job Description
Location: Cape Town South Africa
Industry: Food and Beverage
RPO Recruitments client are seeking a creative and talented Beverage Developer to join their team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and beverage innovation and a track record of developing successful and unique beverage products.
Responsibilities:
- Develop new beverage concepts and recipes that meet market trends and consumer preferences
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for new beverage products
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including marketing sales and production to bring new beverage products to market
- Manage the product development process from concept to commercialization
- Conduct sensory evaluations and quality control tests to ensure beverage products meet specifications
- Maintain uptodate knowledge of industry trends ingredients and technologies in the beverage sector
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Food Science Food Technology or related field
- Proven experience in beverage product development in the food and beverage industry
- Strong understanding of flavor profiles food chemistry and food safety regulations
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a fastpaced deadlinedriven environment
- Creative thinking and problemsolving skills
- Knowledge of beverage manufacturing processes and equipment
