Job Description

Youll have:

  • A legal background with extensive work in Ethics & Compliance field across multiple geographies.
  • A strong understanding of applicable laws regulations guidelines and standards of multiple jurisdictions including Anti Bribery & laws fraud regulations antimoney laundering provisions.
  • Effective application of legal knowledge and compliance experience to manage complex problems.
  • A strong experience in carrying out global and project risk assessments.
  • The ability to apply theoretical concepts in practical situations.
  • Excellent writing and analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
  • The ability to communicate clearly at all levels set priorities establish objectives and milestones estimate timelines and schedule activities identify and allocate resources effectively.
  • A strong sense of responsibility and ownership and ability to manage global time zones.
  • A Selfmotivated and solution oriented attitude with excellent mentoring collaboration and team building skills.
  • An understanding of and adherence with Worleys Code of Conduct and values.

Senior Compliance Manager

Role Context:

As a member of Worleys global Compliance team to promote oversee and implement Worleys compliance program focusing primarily on Antibribery and anticorruption framework to ensure compliance with applicable laws Worleys Values and the Code of Conduct.

Youll be:

  • Overseeing the design and implementation of the global ABAC program including gifts AML Fraud conflicts of interests agents.
  • Ensuring that the ABAC program including policy and objectives is established implemented maintained and reviewed to adequately address the Worleys risks.
  • Ensure the integration of the ABAC program requirements into the Worleys processes.
  • Communicating internally the importance of effective ABAC program.
  • Ensuring that the ABAC program is appropriately designed to achieve its objectives.
  • Promoting an appropriate antibribery culture within the organization.
  • Provide input to the companys strategy with respect to antibribery and anti .
  • Opine on due diligence risk mitigation plans based on the ABC risks (due diligence team is separate).
  • Review and opine on bribery and laws.
  • Conduct and manage global and project level risk assessments from an ABAC perspective.
  • Reporting on the performance of the antibribery management system to the CCO
