What willthe role involve
Ensuringstaffing levels are adequate for the shift and any issues are addressed in atimely manner
Anticipatingclient needs wherever possible and react to these to enhance clientsatisfaction
Flexibilityto assist within other areas of the restaurant
Briefingthe front of house team to ensure they have clear targets on customersatisfaction and upselling
Maintainingclear communication with the kitchen team to ensure they are ready for serviceand products are available
