Job Description
Job Title: Estimator
Location: Nashville TN
Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Estimator with a background in truss wall panel and framing materials. This role is ideal for an experienced estimator or someone with a truss and panel design background eager to learn estimating and bidding processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate and competitive estimates for truss wall panel and framing material projects.
- Collaborate with design and production teams to gather necessary information for accurate bidding.
- Analyze project specifications and drawings to determine scope and pricing.
- Maintain relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure the best pricing and service.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and work collaboratively to achieve project goals.
Qualifications:
- Background in truss and panel design preferred but not required.
- Experience in estimating for construction projects is a plus.
- Aggressive and proactive mindset with a strong desire to win.
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
- Must be willing to work in the Nashville office.
