ResponsibilitiesRole Responsibilities:
- Product Delivery:
- Deliver industryleading products and services that maximize value and productivity aligning with Salesforce Sales & Marketing Cloud design principles.
- Deliver industryleading products and services to maximize value and productivity for retail customers based on the Salesforce platform.
- Focus on delivering product value through reusable services and technologies that other product teams can leverage.
- Execute requested solutions from the product manager clarifying acceptance criteria and offering various options while minimizing unnecessary customization.
- Foster an agile usercentric and innovative approach
- Enhance development processes structures technologies and tools within the Marketing Tech CRM team
- Understand business priorities and technical feasibility to effectively manage work identify dependencies and mitigate risks
- Deliver highquality solutions iteratively adhering to best practices and the product managers vision to meet customer needs
- Contribute to documentation related to architecture training release notes and solution deployment
- Recommend the product team on when customization is necessary and provide alternative solutions whenever possible
- Facilitate Collaboration:
- Leads other developers to reduce complexity utilizing out of the box capabilities whenever possible.
- Support conversations with product managers ensuring smooth communication and alignment.
- Partner with product managers and other CRM product teams to drive continuous enhancements in the CRM Core Sales & Marketing Cloud product
- Mentor junior developers promoting the use of outofthebox capabilities to reduce complexity. Provide handson support to other developers as needed
- Assist the product team in overcoming technical challenges and blockers
QualificationsCandidate must have:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 3 years of handson experience in Salesforce implementation and development

- Salesforce Administrator Certificate
- Marketing Cloud Consultant Certificate
- Data Cloud Specialist Certificate
- Sales Cloud Consultant Certificate
- Salesforce Certified Administrator
