This support is governed by the key principles of customer service regulatory compliance and fiscal accountability.
The candidate we select must be able to exercise sound judgment and make decisions independently. The right person has experience providing excellent customer service via facetoface interactions telephone and email and should possess outstanding attention to detail organizational problem solving and interpersonal skills along with proficiency with word processing and spreadsheets.

A combination of related education and/or relevant experience in an occupation related to the work assigned equal to three 3 years. If you are substituting coursework for any of the required experience you must attach your transcripts for this coursework.
