Job Summary:
- As a Data Operations Analyst within the Client Account Services team at JPMorgan Chase you will be entrusted with the creation and management of precise and sensitive client data that directly influences the firms books and records.
- Your role will be pivotal in facilitating trading and settlement functions through the setup and maintenance of Client/Counterparty account reference data and Standard Settlement Instructions on core processing platforms.
- You will also manage Client/Counterparty/Internal reference data including cash and stock settlement instructions confirmations and accountlevel details such as names addresses and trading restriction flags.
- Additionally you will support the setup and maintenance of other static data including Portfolio References Books Salesperson Trader Depots Commission updates Accounting tables and monitoring of exception queues.
Job Responsibilities:
- Authenticate requests/ perform due diligence prior to processing the request as per the documented procedure
- Open customer records in appropriate branches and systems ensuring correct linkages and downstream impact.
- Ensure 100 accuracy in Confirmation recipients and SSIs Maintenance on the systems as per procedures with zero tolerance related to client data breaches
- Present innovative ideas and demonstrate ability to implement under supervision of managers and stakeholders
- Partner and work seamlessly in collaborative manner
- Support team and peers to achieve team objectives and goals
- Maintain account mapping between the various systems. Data analysis / research and remediation function based on assignments.
- Ensure the procedural guidelines are followed
- Maintain Standard Operating Procedures SOPs
- Maintain MIS report as required and accurate volumes / productivity.
Required qualifications capabilities and skills
Minimum 3 years of related experience to SSI and Payment Operations
Knowledge of Digital Tools such as Alteryx Tableau UI Path
Effective communication skills
Attention to Details and optimal accuracy rate in processing critical request.
Ability to understand bespoke activities and report accordingly
