The extended warranty department is actively seeking a team lead. The ideal candidate for this position possesses excellent leadership skills and presents a positive customerfocused attitude. Responsibilities
The team lead position is considered a working position. As such the team lead will be responsible for daytoday tasks such as but not limited to:
- Process and qualify claims
- Understand policies and procedures
- Offer store support
- Process cheques
- Facilitate communications between stores customers and the providing warranty company.
- Customer escalation support
- Staff support and development
- Training
Qualifications
- Proven leadership capabilities
- Established organizational skills
- Proven ability to work independently and with minimal guidance
- Developed written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
