Job Description
Sterile Packing Operations: Supervise vial ampoule and prefilled syringe packing ensuring smooth operations and adherence to packaging protocols.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with GMP USFDA MHRA WHO and EUGMP guidelines maintaining sterility assurance during packaging.
Process Validation & Documentation: Monitor packing validation visual inspection labeling and batch coding ensuring proper documentation and batch record maintenance.
Equipment Handling & Maintenance: Oversee operation and maintenance of sterile packing machines (e.g. blister packing labeling and sealing machines).
Audit Readiness: Prepare and maintain packaging area documentation to support regulatory inspections and internal audits.
Team Supervision & Training: Train and supervise the packaging team on GMP compliance aseptic handling and deviation management.
Troubleshooting & Process Improvement: Identify and resolve packingrelated deviations sterility concerns and efficiency gaps to enhance productivity.
