Voids Administrator
Hammersmith & Fulham
Full Time Permanent.
Salary up to 28917 per annum.

About the Role:
As an Voids Administrator you will be working Hammersmith & Fulham Council in a stable and profitable contract delivering excellent service and support through our local teams who understand the importance of working together for the local community.
An Void Administrator within our Hammersmith & Fulham branch. You will be Part of a local team supporting the Administration activities and requirements to our Housing operations ensuring that all administrative procedures are being undertaken efficiently in total compliance with Company.
Role Criteria:
- Good Understanding of working in voids properties
- Work within a similar role
- Good commination skills
- Experience in a client facing role.
- Pervious Social housing experience
- Good knowledge of Microsoft office
- Can work well in a team.
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Good Customer Service skills
