What youll do
We are seeking an IT Project Management Intern to join our IT CRM team. The IT Project Management Intern will support release management processes and project coordination within the IT CRM team. This internship provides handson experience in software release cycles IT project planning stakeholder communication and system implementations making it ideal for candidates looking to build a career in IT project management or release management.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in release planning and ensuring smooth deployments of IT systems and updates.
Support IT project managers in tracking project timelines deliverables and risk assessments.
Work with development and support operations teams to ensure successful software releases.
Document release schedules deployment processes and change management procedures.
Conduct testing coordination ensuring that software releases meet quality standards before deployment.
Help monitor release progress identifying and escalating any issues.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including IT business analysts and development teams.
Assist in creating reports and dashboards to track release performance and IT project progress.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelors or Masters degree in Information Technology Computer Science Project Management or a related field.
Interest in IT project management release management and Agile methodologies.
Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel PowerPoint Word); experience with JIRA ServiceNow or similar tools is a plus.
Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and IT change management.
Excellent communication and problemsolving skills.
Ability to work in a fastpaced IT environment and manage multiple tasks.
Willing to work fulltime during summer and min. 20h/week during academic year.
